SMTP does not send mail

Australian clients please follow these guidelines if experiencing problems with sending mail via SMTP:

  1. Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled
    username: youraccountname@domain.com
    password: yourpassword
  2. Set your SMTP port to 26 and not 25. Some providers block access to port 25 that is out of their network
